Overview

At The Hardscape Store, all of our sheds and playsets are custom-built to your specifications. Because each product is made-to-order using premium materials and tailored designs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

All Sales Final

• Payment in full is required prior to production.
• Once payment is received, your order is considered final.
• No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after payment.
• Production and materials begin immediately after payment, making products non-resellable.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
• Any deposits or pre-payments become non-refundable once work on the order commences.

Defects & Warranty

• We stand by the quality of our work. All sheds and playsets come with a structural manufacturing warranty.
• This warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or material errors.
• If a defect is discovered, please contact us immediately at 301-829-4200 or sales@thehardscapesctore.com. We will inspect and address any valid warranty claims promptly.
