Service Area

The Hardscape Store provides delivery within the following Maryland counties:

• Montgomery County
• Carroll County
• Howard County
• Frederick County

Delivery outside of these areas may not be available. Please contact us to confirm service eligibility.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

All sheds and playsets are built to order.

• Estimated production and delivery timeframe: 2–6 weeks
• Timeframes may vary based on customization, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.
• A representative will contact you to schedule delivery once production is complete.

Delivery & Installation

1. Playsets

Delivery and professional on-site installation are included in the purchase price of all playsets.

2. Sheds

Delivery and on-site placement are included in the purchase price provided that:

• The customer supplies a clear, unobstructed access path to the installation site.
• The customer provides a properly prepared, level area suitable for placement.

If the site does not have clear and unobstructed access, additional charges may apply. Examples include (but are not limited to):

• Use of specialized equipment or machinery
• Fence removal and reinstallation
• Obstacle removal
• Restricted access requiring additional labor

Any additional costs required due to access limitations will be discussed with the customer prior to delivery whenever possible.

Optional Pad Installation

If you purchase a shed pad or playset pad installation, The Hardscape Store will:

• Professionally prepare and install a properly leveled foundation
• Ensure proper structural placement on the prepared surface
• Guarantee the integrity and levelness of the installed pad

Our pad guarantee applies to workmanship and proper installation of the foundation. This ensures your shed or playset is placed on a stable, professionally prepared base.

Customer Site Preparation Requirements

To avoid delays or additional charges, customers must:

• Provide safe and clear access to the installation site
• Remove obstacles, debris, or barriers prior to scheduled delivery
• Ensure pets and personal property are secured

Failure to meet site requirements may result in rescheduling or additional service charges.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

A representative will be present at the time of delivery.

Customers should:

• Inspect the product upon delivery
• Report any visible damage immediately

If damage occurs during shipping or installation, we will address and correct the issue promptly.

Warranty Coverage

All sheds and playsets are covered by a structural manufacturing warranty.

This warranty covers defects caused by:

• Manufacturing errors
• Material defects

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper site preparation, ground shifting, misuse, or external damage.
